I designed dozens of learning programs and microresources for professional audiences, including custom programs for clients and partners like the Josh Bersin academy, IBM, PepsiCo, Chevron, and many more.

THE ANALYTICAL MIND
I led the writing, design, and development of The Analytical Mind for Nomadic Learning. This program empowers managers and leaders to solve business problems using data and analytics. "Discovering and Analyzing" is the third of five modules in the program. It focuses on the fundamentals of pattern identification, causality, and bias.

LEADING L&D
I led the writing and design of Leading L&D for the Josh Bersin Academy. This Program supports L&D professionals as they leverage their learning expertise to guide organizational transformation. "From Training to Culture" is the fifth of five modules in the program. It focuses on moving away from discrete skill training programs in favor of developing a holistic culture of learning.

SCRIPTING AND PRODUCTION
I conducted filmed interviews, pulled selects, and approved finalized cuts. I also scripted and led the development of animations in collaboration with animators, video editors, and producers. The Semmelweis Reflex is an animation I co-created. It explores innovation and the hazards of fixed mindset thinking.
